Google, in collaboration with the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) and Tech Valley, is offering free IT training opportunities for Pakistani youth. This initiative presents a unique chance for individuals to enhance their skills in the IT field while availing themselves of the benefits of Google’s renowned training programs.

One of the key focuses of this training program is skill development, catering to the demands of today’s fast-paced world. Participants will have the opportunity to learn various IT-related disciplines such as IT support, UX design, project management, IT automation, advanced data analytics, digital marketing and e-commerce, data analysis, business intelligence, and cybersecurity.

This effort is spearheaded by Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori, who is determined to empower the youth of Sindh and transform Karachi into a thriving IT hub. The Google IT training will take place at the historic Governor House in Karachi and is expected to benefit approximately 50,000 individuals. By equipping young people with cutting-edge skills, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and web 3.0, Tessori envisions a prosperous future for the IT industry in Karachi.

To ensure the selection of deserving candidates, an aptitude test will be conducted at the Governor’s House. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to earn impressive remuneration, with potential earnings ranging from Rs. 300,000 to Rs. 500,000.
